none of this **** works.i actually thought i got it.i reinstalled EVN, and on the main menu screen when i started it up, i enterd the code etc, and it werked, clicked on "about ev nova" and it said registerd to Dianne Arnold.happy i made a new pilot.but then -> enter ship, and i get the invalid license code must check something, a file or document string to see if if the name is valid.The software license thing is not related in game -i mean- it does not involve itself with NOVA untill u start the game.that is why u get away with gettign acepted on the REG program but not ev nova itself.get me>? They must update the new releases, i have 1.0.8 with updates of invalid codes, and basically the one on heres been round for a time, Ambrosia must not update the license program only nova.that is why the reg program accepts you but nova does not.i think i made sense.either way unless u got an ealry version of EVN i.e. It is into this maelstrom of territorial contention that you are thrust, like a pebble tumbling aimlessly between the tectonic fault lines that uncomfortably separate these divisions of humanity. With a completely redesigned gaming engine, EV Nova thrusts you into a sprawling universe dominated by a myriad of warring factions, each sharing a common bond, but so philosophically different as to make conflict inevitable. Nova is the third game in the Escape Velocity series, and is by far the most ambitious installment to date. The recntly ported game was brought to our attention (thanks Hojew) and you can find a link to the PC demo by following the download tab above. PC gamers will now have the chance of sampling EVN in order to understand what it is about the Escape Velocity series that has captivated Mac users.
Escape Velocity Nova is an impressive and very successful shareware game which has been around for some time on the Mac.
